1 St John's Hill, Sept 1969

Regarding the old Rectory at 1 St John’s Hill, the Rector reported that it was being sold to the Friends of Hellingly Hospital for £6,000 for rehabilitation purposes, and that the sale was almost definite.
It was pointed out that this would be a great opportunity and challenge to the Parish to help.
