A PCC member referred to the Church accounts as presented at the Annual General Meeting and asked the Treasurer if there was any tax refund due from the Inland Revenue on covenants.
The Treasurer agreed that there was a tidy sum, and that he had not claimed it for about three years, feeling that it was a useful reserve.
It was felt, however, that this money should be earning interest and it was hoped that the Treasurer would put in a claim.
