A large congregation, 1968

The Rector said the parish had progressed in many ways during the past year. Their numbers were still increasing, although they had not yet reached saturation point.
There had been a big increase in the number of Communicants. It was proposed to improve the heating of the church.
They were fortunate in having a large congregation, and he hoped the time would come when the galleries would be full again.
