Improvements to the church

In addition to essential repairs, the Heritage Lottery Fund were also willing to help fund improvements to the church.
In particular they encouraged energy saving measures, and improvements which will help towards effective care and maintenance of the building.
To that end, this project also includes the following:
1. An upgrade to the heating system
2. Provision of thermal insulation to the main roof areas
3. Installation of a lightning protection system
