Rector's Easter Offering, April 1972

The Rector was presented with a cheque for £223.29 being the Easter Offering (about £3,300 today), and he and his wife were asked to accept the thanks of the whole Parish for all they do.
The Rector said that the gift was overwhelming and it was a great difference to his first Easter Offering five years ago. He thanked everyone who made the amount possible and said that it was very much appreciated.
